Social Committee
The Social Committee is all about fun! We organize the annual poker tournament, family fun night at the water park, happy hours, random social outings, OU watch parties, 80s style prom and other social opportunities throughout the year! If you would like to get in on the planning by joining this committee, please mark the appropriate box when you fill out your membership form or email us at info@ardmoreyp.com.
Service Committee
We coordinate opportunities for AYP members to serve in our community and have fun doing it. The Service Committee coordinates monthly Adopt-A-Spot trash pickups, quarterly community projects to help the needy like our annual coat, blood, school supply & prom dress drives. We also utilize our incredible AYP base to "fill in the gaps" when local immediate needs are identified.

Community Committee
The Community Committee informs the organization of upcoming events in the community and coordinates community wide activities such as the Lion’s Club eyeglasses campaign, the 100 Idea Raiser with the Chamber of Commerce, and the Ardmore Relay For Life.
Membership Committee
The newly formed Membership Committee meets on a monthly basis and welcomes any AYP member who would like to help us make AYP even better. Please consider joining this committee. For more information about our committee, please email info@ardmoreyp.com
We are focusing in three key areas:
Recruit new members:
Ardmore YPs “Lunch Bunch”: For new or prospective members to learn more about Ardmore YP, or meet new people in a low key setting. First Thursday of each month from Noon to 1:00 PM. June/July/August at Budro's Rib Joint!
If you have someone who would like to know more about Ardmore YP, bring them to a Business After Hours and introduce them to your friends. Business After Hours are a great way to meet new people and the monthly gathering place for Ardmore YP members!
Engage with new members so they remain active in Ardmore YP:
Every new Ardmore YP member will be assigned a steering committee and/or membership committee member to help get them involved in our organization for the first few months of their membership.
We will be forming an Ardmore YP “Welcome Wagon" to greet new young people to Ardmore.
Communicate with and inform Ardmore YP members about their organization and the opportunities they have:
